FAQs
The products on our site are almost exclusively physical prints, made from Elegoo Water Washable Resin on Anycubic UV LCD printers. The only exceptions to this are any products which are specifically designated as 'Digital Downloads', such as our '100 Town Quest Hooks' GM resource.
At this time, no. And for some models, never. While our plans for QuestBourne are endless, right now we're primarily a miniature manufacturer, and most of our models are designed by incredible independent artists around the world such as Bestiarum Miniatures, Mini Monster Mayhem, Lord of the Print, Printed Obsession, and Great Grimoire, to name just a few. We've credited and linked the designers on our product pages, and we are proud to be licensed merchants for their artistic visions; however, what this means is that we're unable to sell the the STL files for their models – we can only sell the physical prints.
That being said, we are working on creating licensed models of our own, which we plan to sell as both physical products as well as offering the STL files if folks want to print them on their own. Currently they are only available through our Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/questbourne), but in the near future we will be offering them on MyMiniFactory and the main QuestBourne site as well.
Possibly, though we will try our very best to avoid that. We regularly test and release models to the site, but even at the rate we're going, there are still hundreds of unreleased models in our repository which could be just what you need for your request. If we don't have it, we'll roll up our sleeves and do some research to find it if we can. So please feel free to reach out to us using our contact form here or simply by emailing us at hello@questbourne.com. It never hurts to ask!
Excellent! We're delighted when folks share their ideas with us and would love to make them a reality, but unfortunately, we're just not set up to be a custom design shop yet. That being said, if you're looking for commission work, shoot us a quick message on our contact form here or by emailing us at hello@questbourne.com. While we aren't able to fulfill any requests at this time, we'd like to know how many folks are interested in the service. We're compiling lists of interested parties and will reach back out once we're ready to go!
Your order is lost in Limbo, and you can only recover it if you enlist the aid of a spellcaster of high level enough to transport you there. You'll also need to supply a forked, metal rod worth at least 250gp. Seriously though, if you haven't received a confirmation or are wondering about the status of your order, please reach out to us using our contact form here. We'll be happy to look you up in our system and let you know how things are progressing.
Roll... Sanity. We're still looking into why this happens, but some folks have had issues accessing their accounts after making digital download purchases. If you run into this, please reach out to us using our contact form here and we'll get you set straight right away.
Alas, despite our efforts to keep our products safe, they don't always survive the journey unscathed. If you receive an item which has been damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form here or by emailing us at hello@questbourne.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to reach a satisfactory solution.
